Retund and Return Policy

1. Introduction
At Planetwool Insulation, we take pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return policy below.

2. Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must be provided for any return to be processed. This can be in the form of an invoice, credit card statement, or any other proof of purchase.

3. Non-returnable
Items The following items cannot be returned:
Gift cards Downloadable software products Any item not in its original condition or damaged not due to our error Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded)

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send a notification email. We will also notify you whether your return has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges

6. Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.

7. Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description, please contact us immediately. Planetwool insulation will arrange for a replacement, store credit, or refund, and cover associated shipping costs.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

9. Modifications to the Return Policy
Planetwool insulation reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
